rbat the Warden and freasurer be and are hereby authorized
to borrow the surn of ',Cwo Hundred rhousand Dol.Lars from the
Bank 0:1:' Montreal, as ~t may be required, to meet expend-
itures 0:1:' the Corporation of Elgin during 1926, and give
as security therefor, notes of une fhousand or fen fhous~
and Dollars each.
