BY-LAW No. 1128.
To Appoint a County Engineer.
The Elgin County Council enacts;
That Frederick A. Bell C.E. be and is hereþy
appointed County Engineer without salary and that he
have free use of the office now occupied in the Court
House during the pleasure of this Council.
Read a third time and passed at County Council
Chambers, St. Thomas 27th November 1929.
