To Authorize the Warden
·to Sign Agreement.
VŒillREAS the Southern Ontario Gas Company has
applied for a franchise to lay pipes on County Roads
numbered one and five, and on the Graham Road and
Walker Bridges over ·the river Thames,
AND WI-ŒREAS it is desirable ·to grant said applic-
ation,
TI-ΠELGIN COUNTY OOUNCIL EUACTS:
THAT a franchise be granted to the Southern Ontario
Gas Oompany ·to lay pipe s on Oounty Roads numbered one
and five and on ·the Graham Road and. Walker Bridges over
the river Thames provided an agreement is entered into
QY the said Company with the Warden, setting forth the
terms of said franchise. Said agreement to be prepared
by the County Solicitor and approved by the Oounty Road
Oommittee.
Read a third time and passed at Coun·ty Council
