To Appoint an Inspector of the
House of Industry and Refuge

The Elgin County Council enacts:
That K. W. McKay be and is hereby appointed
Inspector of the House of Industry and Refuge without
salary, to perform such duties as may be required of
him and as set forth in By-Law No. 827 of this
Council. His travelling expj3nSeS in connection
therewith to be paid.
That all other by-laws heretofore passed in
this behalf be and the same are hereby repealed.
