DEPARTMENT OF THE PROVINCIAL SECRETARY
OFFICE OF THE MINISTER
DEPARTMENT OF GAME AND FISHERIES
Toronto 2, December 3 1\)32.
Dear Mr. McKay
This will acknowledge receipt of your communication
addressed to the Inspector of Prisons in this Department in re-
lation to By-Law 1185, increasing salary for the Gaol Surgeon.
I note that you state the increase in salary was made in view
of personal representations made by myself. I believe that this
is a very equitable and reasonable salary for your Gaol Surgeon,
as he is most consòientious and faithful in attending to his
duties of office. The By-Law, therefore, has the necessary
approval of the Department.
Yours very truly
K. W. McKay, Esq.,
County Clerk,
ST. 'rHOMAS Ontario.
