The Elgin Cou~ty Council enaots as required by
the Highway Improvement Act:
1. That the following five members of this
Council constitùte a Committee for the purpose of
directing the work to be done on the County Road
System:
Gordon Newell - for term of Five Years
Chas. D. Coyle - for term of Four Years
H. G. Taylor - for term of Three Years
stewart A. Brown - for term of Two Years
Edwar d Clark - for term of One Year
2. ~hat By-Law No. 1176 be repealed.
Read a third time and passed at County Council
Chambers, St. ~homas, 27d day of Ja~uary 1933.
