.Agreement With
St. Thomas Board of Education.
The Elgin County Counc~l enaots:
That the Warden be and is hereby author-
ized to sign agreement with the St. Thomas Board
of Eduoation providing for the payment of ninety
per centum of the oost of education of pupils from
the Township of Yarmouth attending the St. Thomas
Collegiate ¡nstitute and Vooational School from
the 1st January to 30th June 1934,
Provided agreement is entered into by
Township of Yarmouth to pay to County one-ninth
of amount paid by County to City Board of Eduoation
under agreement hereby authorized.
