WlŒREAS the regulations of the DepertmeAt of Highways of Ontario require that
the total expenditure on county roads and bridges under The Highway Improvement
Act, Chapter 54, RoS.Oo, 1927, shall be provided for annually by county by-law. /
THEREFOliE the council of the municipal corporation of the said county of__..El,fš.;in
--- enacts as follows.
(1) The sum of $__2Q....Q..QO ."Q.Q..-1s hereby appropriated, from monies raised by
lèvy, debentures and government subsidy, for "Xþendi ture upon construction on
the said system during the year.l~~""
(2) The sum of $_~~iL~QO--is hereby appropriated from monies raised by
levy and gov~rnment subsidy for expenditure upon maintenance and repair of the
roads in the said system during the year.J.93Q...
(3) The said monies shall be expended under the direction .of the duly ap-
pointed county road superintendent and on work performed in accordance with the
last revised regµlations respecting county roads issued by the Department of High-
ways of Ontario,
(4) The clerk shall transmit duplicate copies of this by-law to the Deputy
Minister, Department of Highways of Ontario, for approval on or before the 31st
of January of the,present year,
