T 0 Withdraw the Township of Bayham from the
Vienna High School District

WHEREAS the Munioipal Council of the IDoÐporation

of the Township of Bayha~ has passed a resolution requesting
this Council to pass a By-law withdrawing the Township of
"".I.
Bayham from the Vienna High Sohool Distriot;
The County Counoil therefore enacts:
1. That the Township of Bayham be and is hereby
withdrawn from the Vienna High Sohool District.
2. That By-law No. 240 passed in 1873 be and is
hereby amended aocordingly.
Read a third time and passed at county Council Chambers
st. Thomas, this 26th day of November, 1937.
