By-law No. 1280
To Amend By-Law No. 1236
The Elgin County Council enacts;
That the Clerks of the local municipalities in the
County be paid the sum of Three Dollars each for pension
applications and in addition the sum of ten cents per
mile, one way, for each mile necessarily travelled in
connection therewith.
That paragraph 9 of By-law No. 1236 be and is hereby
amended accordingly.
That this by-law apply to applications received since
the 25th of November 1937.
