To Appoint a County diei'k
The Elgin County Council enacts:
That JohnD. 'lfhomson be appointed (01).nty
Clerk, Inspector of the House of Industry and Seøretary
of the Old Age Pensions and Mothers Allowanoes Commiss1on
at a salary of Twelve Hundred Dollars per anum and 1n
addition an allowanoe of Eight Hundred and EightY~five
Dollars per anum for salary of an offiøe assistant
to be appointed by him and paid by the County
Treasurer on his order. oommencing the 1st of December 1939.
That :By~law No, 1313 be and 1s hereby repealed.
Read a third time and passed at the County Oouncil Chambers.
