~o A oint a Board of Audit in the County of Elgin
-
For the Year 1940
The Elgin County Council enacts:
That the Judge of the County Court and
Mr. John C. Gillies be, and are hereby appointed
members of the Board of Audit to perfor.m the duties
required of them by R.S.O.
That the members of the said Board of Audit
be paid the sum of Five Dollars per day for their services
and five cents per mile, going to and from eaoh Audit.
Read a third time and passed at County Council Chambers,
St. Thomas this 19th day of January, 1940
