To Provide for Additional Expenditure on c.ou.nty
Roads in the County' of Elgin

That an additional sum of Thirty-two Thousand
and Seven Hundred Dollars be appropriated to the Oounty
Road System to complete the work undertaken during the
year 1941, to be expended under the direction of the
County Road Superintendent in accordance with revised
regulations respecting Oounty Roads.
Read a third time and passed at County Council Chambers,
this 13th day of June 1941.

We wish to advise you that the Department approves the
above by-law which was passed by the Council of the County of Elgin
to appropriate an additional $52,700.00 on county roads for the
current year. This amount together with the original amount approved
makes a total of $164,700~00 for 1941.
