To Amend By-law No. 1221
The County Council of the County of Elgin enacts:
That Old Age Pensioners admitted to the Elgin
House of Refuge shall pay the sum of Twenty
Dollars per month for board and lodging.
That by-law No. 1221 be and is hereby
amended accordingly.
Read a third time and passed at the county
Council Chambers, St. Thomas this' 27th day of November, 1941.
