To Authorize the Warden and Treasurer to Borrow the
Sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars
The Elgin Oounty Oouncil enacts:
That the Warden and Treasurer be and are hereby
authorized to borrow the sum of' Two Hundred and
Fifty Thousand Dollars from the Bank of Montreal
as it may be req,uired to meet the expendi tures
of the Corporation of the County or Elgin during
the year 1942 and to give as security therefor
notes of One Thousand or Ten Thousand Dollars eac~.
Read a third time and passed at county council
Chambers, St, Thomas this 22nd day of January 1942.
