To Designate County Road 1/:27 as a
The Elgin County Council enacts:
That County Road #27, being the road allowance
between concessions 3 and 4 from Sparta to the
junction with Provincial Highway No.4 at Union
be, and is hereby designated a through highway,
pursuant to the provisions of subsection 3 of
section 39 of the Highway Traffic Act.
Read a third time and passed at County Council
Chambers, st. Thomas this 12th day of June, 1942.
