The Elgin Oounty Council enacts:
That the Advisory .Agricultural Council be
composed of one member from each township and eight
honorary members, the following to be appointed:
Members
W.B. Lancaster, Aldborough R.R. 1, Rodney
J.H. Sloan, Dunwich R.R. 1, Fingal
Ralph Auckland, Southwold Talbotville
R.A. Penhale, Yarmouth R.R. 8, st. Thomas
Harry Kent, Malahide R.R. 2, Aylmer
Grant Mitchell, Bayh~ R.R. 1, Eden
D. Noble, South Dorchester R.R. 3, Belmont
Honorary Members
The members of the Agricultural Committee of this Council.
That members of the said Advisory Agricultural
Oouncil be paid the s~e as members of this Council for
attendance at the two meetings required to be held annually,
in February and November, and that they receive their
travelling and other expenses for attendance at special
or emergency meetings called by the Ohairman.
Read a third time and passed at the Oounty Council Chambers,
St. Thomas this 22nd day of January 1943.
