The Elgin County Council enacts:
That the first meeting of the Elgin County Cou;ncil
shall be held on the third I'uesday in J-anuary at the
'hour of 'two o'clock in the afternoon at the Court
Hou.se in St, 'rhomas.
That by-law No. 940 be and is he'l'eby amended
accordingly.
