Council of the Corporatiøn of theCo'lm:1;1 of Elgin hereP1
enacts as fo11ows~
(1) THAT thE!. Hig~ SqÞ.¢ol District of the Town of Ayl..
mer shall be dissolvedþ and discontinuedþ on and after the
1st day of January, 1.947, provided that there is obta.:tned
the approval of the Lie'i.1tènant..Qovernor in Oounoiland
provided further that there i$ estah1i$hed on or before
that date ~~ High Sohool District including the Town of
Aylmer e.nd known liS the East Elgin High SOhoøl District.
(2) THAT thø High School DUtrict of the Village of
Putton shall be dissolved, ân.d discontinued, onànd atter
the lSt day of Janulll'y, 184'1, provided that there is ób",
tai.ned the. approval of the Lieutenant..Governor in Oounoil
and proVided further that tl1.ere is e$tablished on or betore
that date a High School District incl'llding the Village of
Dut'Þon and lQlOW11 as the West EJ,gin High School Dist:riQt.
(3) THAT With the approva;1 of the MinUter of Education
for the Province of Ontario the following areas shall on tM

1st day of January, 1947 be designated and established as
High School.. Districts in the County of Elgin;
(a) The West Elgin High SOh~ District, and the
sarne shall inolude; \

(i) All real prop'e~ty in theTown~bip of Aldborough
(except the lot$ and parts otlò~S assessed
annually to the Rodney' Continuation School).
Ç1;I;) All real property in the æownship of Punwich.

(1.v) All rea1 property in the Village of Dutton.
