The Elgin County Council enacts as follows:
THAT By-Law No. 1526 be amended as follows:
That Mrs. Homer Tedford be returning officer to hold
the first election for the Village of Port Burwell.
Read a first time this 25th day of November 1948.
Read a second time this 25th day of November 1948.
Read a third time and finally passed this 25th day
of November 1948.
