UNDER THE DEPARTHENT OF HUNICIPAL AFFAIRS ACT
.
1 In respect of a municipality within the County of Elgin
the tax arrears procedure of this Act shall apply and the tax
sales procedures of The Assessment Act shall not apply.
2. These regulations come into force on the 1st of January,
