To Authorize the Warden and Olerk to si
deed conveYing land to O. R. Abell.
The Elgin Oounty Oouncil enacts:
'!'hat the Warden and Olerk are hereby
authorized to sign deed conveying land
to O. R. Abell, for the sum of One
Dollar.
'!'he land being more particularily
described in attached description.
Read a first time this 15th day of Jùne 1949.
Read a second time this 15th day of June 1949.
Read a third time and finally passed this 15th
day of June 1949.
