To A oint a Board of Audit in the Count

for the year 1950.
The Elgin County Council enacts:
That the Judge of the CountyCou»t and
the Treasurer, and Mr. W. T. Merrett be
and are hereby appointed members of the
Board of Audit to perform the duties required
of them by the Revised Statutes of Ontario.
That the members of the said Board of Audit
be paid the sum of Seven Dollars per day
for their services and five cents per mile
going to and from each audit.
Read a first time this 20th day of January, 1950
Read a second time this 20th "
day of January, 1950.
Read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of January
1950.
