'To Limit Weight of Traffic on Count es."
WHEREAS Section 34, Clause 8, of the ,Highway
Traffic Act R. S. O. 1950 makes provision limiting the
weight of any vehicle passing over a bridge under the
jurisdiction of the municipality.
The Elgin County Council enacts that the
gross weight of vehicles passing over the bridges herein
mentioned be limited as follows:
1. Wardsvil1e Bridge Cöunty Road
Number Three across the River Thames.
Gross weight öf vehicle and load 8 tons.
2. Graham Road Bridge, County Road
Number One across the River Thames.
Gross weight of vehicle and load 8 tons.
THAT this By-Law be in force and take effect
when approved by the Department of Highways, and County
of Middlesex.
Read a first time this l3th day of June, 1951.
Read a second time this l3th day of June, ],.951.
Read a third time and finally passed this l3thday of
June, 1951.
