BY-LAW NO 1604.
'1'0 Appoint a Board of Audit in the Count
for the year 1952.
The Elgin County Council enacts:
That the Judge of the County Court and
r Philip Pensa, be, and
the Treasuer, and Wæ. are hereby appointed members of the Board of Audit
to perform the duties re~uired of them by the
Revised Statutes of Ontario.
That the members of the said Board of Audit
be paid the sum of Seven Dollars per day
for their services and five cents per mile
going to and from each audit.
Read a first time this l8th day of January, 1952.
Read a second time this 18th day of January, 1952.
Read a third time and finally passed this 18tMiay of
January, 1952.
