To Authorize the Warden to Si :reement
re Administration of Justice Expenses pay-
àble by the Oity of st. Thomas.
The Elgin Oounty Oouncil enacts:
That the Warden be and is hereby authorized to
sign an agreement with the Oity of st. Thomas
for the payment by the Oity of Eleven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars as their saare of Admin-
istration of Justice expenses during five years,
commencing the first day of January A. D.,
Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-Two.
Read a first time this 26th day of March, 1952.
Read a second time this 26th day of March, 1952.
Read a third time and finally passed this 26th day
of March, 1952.
