Bein llW to Amend By-Law No 1541
Re Pensions of County Employees.
The Elgin County Counoil enacts:
That Seotion 2 (a) of the Plan shall now read
as follows: Age 59, and under shall retire at
the age of 65 years, and age 60 and over shall
retire at the age of 70 years.
That Seotion 2 (b) shall now read as follows:
Age 55 and under, shall retire at the age of
60 years, and Age 56 and over shall retire at the
age of 70 years.
That Seotion 2 of the Plan of By-Law No. 154l is
hereby amended accordingly.
Read a first time this 26th day of Maroh, 1952.
Read a second time this 26th day of Maroh, 1952.
Head a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
Maroh, 1952.
