WHEm~AS the Council of the Township of Bayham on the 27th day of October, 1952, A. D., did pass By-Law NO. 1265, for closing and stopping up, and selling a portion of Road Across Lots l21 and l22 Between Concession 7, and the North Gore, of the Township of Bayham, more particularly described in the said By-Law, true copies where of are hereunto annexed. AND WHŒHEAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act 'the said 'rownship By-Law shall not have any force until êonfirmed by a by-law of the Council of the County in which the township is situate passed at an ordinary meeting of the Council held not sooner than three months nor later than one year after the passing of the By-Law of the Council of the Township. AND WHEHEAS application has been made to ·the Council of 'the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law confirming said Township By-Law. It is noted that the by-la~1 attaches a portion of Bay'ham Township not hitherto included in~ny High School District, to the East Elgin High School District, and trat, in accordance with the provisions of subsection 4 of section 7 of The High Schools Act, it ~¡ill become effective on the 1st of Janua.ry, 1951+.
