'A By-Law to Amend the By-Law Adopting a Plan of Count Road
Improvement and Establishing a County Road System in the
,
County of Elgin Under the Highway Improvement Aot."
The Counoil of the Corporation of the County of Elgin
enaots as By-Law Number 1634 as follows:
1- The Sohedule of By-Law Number 897, being the original
By-Law establishing a County Road System in the County of
Elgi,n, as amended by by-law number 1052, being the last
oonsolidating By-Law re-establishing the said sytem and
ftwther amended by subsequent amending By-Laws is hereby
amended by removing therefrom the roads designated and
described as follows:
Description
Designation County Road No. 50
BEING '!'HAT PORTION of the original Road lUlowance
between Concessions 10 and 11, in the Township of Yarmouth,
in the County of Elgin and Province of Ontario, which may
be more particularly desoribed as follows:-
CONmÆæNCING at a point in the intersection of the North-
erly limit of Lot 19, Conoession 10, and the Easterly limit
of ~ueen's Highway No. 74;
THENCE Easterly, along the Northerly limit of said Lot
19, Conoession 10, a distanoe of One Hundred and Eighty Feet
(180');
THENCE North easterly, in a straight line to a point in
the Southerly limit of Lot 19, Concessi on 11, distant Two
Hundred and Eighty Feet (280'), measured Easterly thereon
from its intersection with the Easterly limit of Q.ueen's
Highway No. 74; '"
THENCE Westerly, along ,the Southerly limit of Lot 19,
Oonoession 11, a distance of Two Hundred and Eighty Feet (2801);

THENCE Southerly, along the Easterly limit of
Q.ueen's Highway No. 74, a distanoe of Six'tySix Feet (66')
to the plaoe of beginning.
2. THAT portion of road as designated , is hereby removed
from the County Road system of the County of Elgin.
3. This By-Law shall oome into foroe upon the approval
thereof by the Lieutenant-Governor in Counoil.
FINALLY passed at the City of St. Thoroas, in the County of
Elgin, this 17th day of June, 1953.
