Elgin Oounty has been changed to Fred page Higgins:
& Co.
The Elgin Oounty Council enacts:
THAT the name R. W. Johnson & Co., be deleted
in C1au$e one of By-Law NO. 1616, and replaced by
Fred Page Higgins, & Co.
THAT by-Law NO. 1615 is hereby amended
accordingly.
READ a first time this 18th day of November, 195~.
