'To 'Amend By-Law No. 1617."
The Elgin Oounty Oounoil enaots:-
That the salary of Mr. George L. Willson, and
his wife, Verna Willson, superintendant and
Matron of Elgin Manor be Twenty-Three Hundred
Dollars, per annum, payable monthly, and
effeotive Februar~ lst, 1954.
That By-Law NO. 1617, be, and is hereby amended.
