" A By-Law To Confirm By-Law No. 1294 of the,Townshi of
Bayharn, Being a By-Law to Stop Up, and Close, and Sell
the Portion of Given Road L.ying Between the North Portions
of Lots 19 and 20, Concession Eight, Township of Bayharn.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Bayharn on the
3rd day of May, 1954, A. D., did pass By-Law No. 1294, for
stopping up, and closing, and selling the pcrtion of given
road lying between the north portions of lots 19 and 20,
Concession 8, of the Township of Bayharn, more particularly
described in the said By-Law, true copies whereof are
hereunto annexed.
.AND WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Act the said Township By-Law shall not have any force until
confirmed by a by-law of the Council of the County in which
the township is situate passed at an ordinary meeting of the
Council held not sooner than three months nor later than one
year after the passing of the By-Law of 'the Council of the
Township.
AND WHEREAS application has been made to the Council of
the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law confirming
said Township By-Law.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of ,the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
THAT By-Law Number 1294, of the Township of Bayharn, Being a
By-Law to Stop up, and Close, ,and Sell the portion of given
road lying between the North portions of Lots 19, and 20,
Concession 8, Township of Bayharn, be, and the sarne is hereby
confirmed.
READ a first time this 2fst day of September, 1954.
