THE: CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ELGIN
BY-LÆN NO. 1655
A By-Law to amend the By-law Adopting a Plan of County Road
Improvement and Establishing a County Road System in the
County of Elgin under the Highway Improvement Act.
The Council of the Corporation of the County of
Elgin enacts as By-Law Number 1655 as follows:
1. The Schedule of By-law Number 897 being the
original by-law establishing a County"Rõad System in
the County of Elgin as amended by By-law Number 1052
being the last consolidating by-law re-establishing
the said system and fur·¡¡her amended by subsequent
amending by-laws is hereby amended by adding thereto
the road designated and described as follows:
DESCRIPTION
BEING that portion of the road or the deviations
thereof in the Township of Southwold, and being
an extension of the e~isting County Road Number
DESIGNATED 20; CO~~CING in the Township of Southwold, at
COUNTY ROAD the Michigan Central Railway Crossing in the Police
NUMBER
Village of Shedden; THENCE northerly between Lots
20 fifteen and sixteen, north of the North Branch of
the Talbot Road to Concession Five; THENCE easterly
to road between Lots six and seven, Concession Five
THENCE northerly beÿween Lots six and Seven, Concession
Five, Four, and Three to County Road No. Nineteen,
BETWEEN Concessions three and Two; A'DIST.ANCE of
approximately Three and One-quarter miJe s. ;J.'
2. The road as designated and descriþed in paragraph 1, is
herepy added to and included in the County Road System
of the County of Elgin.
3. This By-Law shall come into force upon the approval
thereof by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
