'To Appoint a Board of Audit in the County of Elgin
for the year, 1956."
The Elgin County Council enacts:
THAT the Judge of the County Court, and the
Treasurer, and Mr. James Wo Barker, be, and
are hereby apP9inted members of the Board
of Audit to perform the duties required of
them by the Revised Statutes of Ontario,
THAT the members of the said Board of Audit
be paid the sum of Seven Dollars per day,
for their services, and fifteen cents per
mile going to each Audit.
READ a first time this 20th day of January, 1956.
READ a second time this 20th day of January, 1956.
READ a third time, and finally passed this 20th day
of January, 1956.
