BY-LAW NO. 1683
A By-Law to Amend the By-Law Adopting a Plan of County Road
Improvement and Establishing a County Road System in the
County of Elgin under the Highway Improvement Act.
The Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts
as By-Law Number 1683 as follows:
1- The Schedule of By-Law Number £&Z being the
oringinal by-law establishing a County Roa System in
the County of Elgin as amended by By-Law Number i052
being the last consolidating by-law re-establish ng
the said system and further amended by subsequent
amending by-laws is hereby amended by adding thereto
the road designated and described as follows:
DESCRIPTION
BEING that portion of road commencing at the
easterly end of County Road Number 45, on the
DESIGNATED boundary line between the Township:: of , Mala hide,
COUNTY ROAD
NUMBER and the Township of Bayham, between Concessions
Four and Five; THENCE southerly through Concessions
45 Four, Three, and Two, to County Road Number 42, a
DISTANCE of approximately Three and Three Quarter
(J 3/4) miles.
2. The road às designated and described in paragraph 1,
is hereby added to,~d included in the County Road
System of the County of Elgin, on January 1st, 1957.
3. This By-Law shall come into force on the above date,
upon the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council.
FINALLY PASSED at the City of §t. Thomas, in the County of Elgin,
this 13th day of June, 1956.
