"To Fix Salar o£ the Judgè of the Juvenile and
Family Court of the County of Elgin, and City of
St. Thomas.n
WHEREASJ. F. McMillan has been appointed
Judge of the Juvenile and Family Court, the Council
of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts:
THAT the salary of J. F. McMillan, Judge
of the Juvenile and Family Court be One Thousand Dollars
per annum, payable quarterly.
The By-Law to take effect Ja¡;¡:uåry 1, 1957.
THAT the Corporation of the City of St.
Thomas, be charged fifty per cent of the above amount
and billed quarterly for the same.
THAT By-Law No. 1653, be, and is hereby
repealed.
READ a first time this l8th day of January, 1957.
READ a second time this 18th day of January, 1957.
READ a third time and finally passed this 18th day of
January, 1957.
