1708 ---;"._~~ CORPORATION OF THE OF ELGIN BY-LAW NO. 1708 A By-Law to Amend the By-Law Adopting a Plan of County Road Improvement and Establishing a County Road System in the County of Elgin under the Highway Improvement Act. The Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts as By-Law Number 170$ as follows: 1. The Schedûle of By-Law Number $97 being the original By-Law establishing a County Road System in the County of Elgin as amended by By-Law Number 1052 being the last consolidating By-Law re-establishing the said system and further amended by subsequent amending By-Laws is hereby amended by adding thereto the road designated and described as follows: DESCRIPTION BEING the former King's Highway No. 123, COMMENCING on Wellington Street in the Township of Yarmouth at DESIGNATED the easterly limit of the City of St. Thomas at First COUNTY ROAD NUMBER 22 Avenue, THENCE easterly on Wellington Street to Council Road between Lots seven and eight in Concession Vlll, THENCE Northerly on Council Road to Construction Road, THENCE easterly and north~easterly on Construction Road to Talbot Road, BEING the road allowance between Concessions Vl1l and lX, THENCE easterly on Talbot Road to the westerly limit of King's Highway No.3; A DISTANCE of approximately 1.2 miles. 2. The road as designated and described in paragraph 1, is hereby added to, and included in the County Road System of the County of Elgin. 3. This By-Law shall come into force upon the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
