"To Appoint -€!:..J~2ard of Audit in the County of Elgin
for the yèar, 1958."
The Elgin County Council enacts:
THAT the Judge of the County Court, and the
" ,
Treasurer, and Mr. Garnet Speers, be, and
are hereby appointed members of the Board
of Audit to perform the duties required of
them by the Revised Statutes of Ontario.
THAT the members of the said Board of Audit
be paid the sum of Nine Dollars per day,
for their services, and twenty cents per
mile going to each Audit.
READ a first time this 24th day of January, 1958.
READ a second time this 24th day of January, 1958.
READ a third time and finally passed this 24th day of
January, 1958.
