By-Law No. 1721
"To Appoint a Tree Commissioner for the Count in."
WHEREAS By-Law No. 1499, of the County of Elgin
provides for the appointment of officers to enforce the
By-Law,
The Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts:
THAT CLAYBOURNE GORDON of the Township of
Southwold is hereby appointed Tree Commissioner for
the County of Elgin.
THAT his remuneration shall be One Dollar per
hour, while engaged in his duties, and ten cents per mile
for use of his car.
THIS By-Law to take effect from January 1st,
1958.
READ a first time this 19th day of March; 1958.
READ a second time this 19th day of March, 1956.
READ a third time, and finally passed, this 19th day of
March, 1958.
