1731 I>._-~~,--, ,-:--"._._'-"',----_.....-._..,~--' ~....~ By-Law No. 1731 'TO PAY ¡'HLEAGE TO JURORS FOR ATTENDANCE AT COURT. tI WHEREAS Section 90, subsection 5, of The Jurors Act, R. S ° 1950 makes provision for payment of mileage to Jurors for attendance at Courts, by by-law' of the County Council; THE Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts: THAT every grand juror and every petit juror actually attending sittings of the Supreme Court, Court of the General Sessions of the Peace, or County Court, shall be paid fifteen cents for every mile necessarily travelled from place of residence to the Court for each day of attendance at Court.
