Dear Mr. Thomson' As requested, I enclose herewith a copy of our Sick Leave By-Law, which is applicable to County Hoad Employees. We do not have a By-Law in respect to this matter for other than road employees. The By-Law became active on the first day of January 1957, and \~as submj,tted to the Department of Highwa.ys for approval at that time. We have not as yet received approval, and as a. result, are not getting subsidy for the payments \~hich are presently being paid at the end of each year.
