WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin has agreed to sell to Walter Nelson, of the Township of Bayham, Part of Lot 5, in the Tenth Concession of the Township of Bayham, CONTAINING by admeasurement THREE AND TvÅ’NTY FOUR ONE-HUNDREDTHS (3.24) ACRES for the sUm of Two Hundred Dollars. ($200.00) . The Elgin County Council enacts: THAT the Warden and the Clerk of the Corporation of the County of Elgin are hereby authorized to sign deed of land, conveying to Walter Nelson THREE AND TWENTY FOUR ONE-HUNDREDTHS (3.24) ACRES of land.
