"To A oint Court Reporter and Secretary for
the County Judge.lt
The Council of the Corporation of the County
of Elgin enacts:
THAT Mrs. Jean Beavis be, and is hereby
appointed Court Reporter at the regular fees for Court
duties, and Secretary to the County Judge at the rate of
$1.50 per hour, to be paid on his certification.
THAT By-Law No. 1704' and 1748, be, and is hereby
repealed.
READ a first time this 15th day of June, 1960.
READ a second time this 15th day of June, 1960.
READ a third time, and finally passed, this 15th day
of June, 1960.
