1778 By-Law No. 1778 "TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 1 '0 " -. WHEREAS the Pòlice Village of Belmont has been raised to an Incorporated Village and separated from the T010fnship of South Dorchester, AND WHEREAS the T010fn of Aylmer has annexed a portion of the to¡.¡nship of Malahide, it is necessary to adjust the equalized assessment of the several municipalities as set at the March Session of County Council, 1960. THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts: (1) THAT the equalized assessment of the t010fnship of Malahide shall be $5,150,405.00 11.1661 per cent, (2) THAT the equalized assessment of the township of South Dorchester shall be $1,852,708.00 4.0166 per cent, (3) That the equalized assessment of the town of Aylmer shall be $5,301,373.00, 11.4932 per cent, (4) That the equalized assessment of the village of Belmont shall be $444,630.00, .9640 per cen"t, THAT By-Law No. 1770 be, and is hereby amended accordingly.
