BEING A PORTION of a Road or the deviations thereof in the T010fnships of Yarmouth and South1ofold used in lieu of the T010fnline and kn010fn as the Captàin Shore Road; CO~~NCING in the Townships of Yarmouth and Souchwold on the T010fnline Road between them; per- pendicularly opposite a point 10fhich may be described as foll01ofS: BEGINNING at the N or'l¡h-west c orner of Park J"ot IIJII Registered Plan No. 174, Township of Yarmouth; THÈNCE South 0 degrees 3$1 3011 West a distance of 900 feet to the point of commencement at which point the Captain Shore Road intersects the T01ofnline; THENCE Southerly along the said Captain Shore Road through Park Lots IIJit, IIH" and "GII, registered Plan No. 174, Township of Yarmout;h, to the boundary line of the T010fnship of Soutr~~old; THENCE continuing Southerly and Westerly in the T010fnship of Southwold along the said Captain Shore Road through Lo'c IIAII Or 43 in the Gore between Lots 45 and 46 North of the Talbot Road East to the Northerly limit ~{ a Road running South-easterly in Lot IIAII or 43 known as Woodland Avenue. A TOTAL DISTANCE of approximately 2,500 feet. DESIGNATED COUNTY ROAD NO. 3$ BEING THAT PORTION of Road Or the deviations thereof in the Township of Bayham; COMMENCING in the Township of Bayham, in the Village of Richmond (also known as Bayham) on the Plånk Road, as sh010fn on a Plan registered as Number 22 in the County Registry Office, at the North-easterly limit of the Talbot Road east; THENCE North-easterly on the Plank Road to Richmond Street; THENCE Easterly AND THENCE Southerly on Ricllmond Street to the North-easterly limit of the Talbot Road East.
