Road System in the County of Elgin under the Highway Improv:ement Act." WHEREAS, that portion of County Road No. 38 in the Hamlet of l'1.ichmond hafJ been improved by t,he constructj.on of a diversion, THER.EFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts as By-La1of Number 1796 as follows: 1. The Schedule A of By-Law Nwnber 897 being the original By-Lavv establishing a Count,y Hoad System in the County of Elgin as amended by By-Law Number 1052 being the last consolidating By-I,av¡ re-establishing the said system and further amended by subsequent amending By-lavvs is hereby further amended by adding thereto the road designated and described as follows: DESCRIPTIOl{ DESIGNA'I'n:D COUNTY ROAIl 33 BEING that portion of the road or the deviations thereof in the T010fnship of BAyham kn010fn as the Talbot Road East; CO~~ŒNCING, in the Hamlet of Richmond (or Bayham) on the Talbot Road East at the south-eastern limit of the Plank Road, THENCE south-easterly along the said Talbot Hoad East betvveen Lot 37 and Lots 2 and 1, as sh010fn on Registered Plan Number 22 in the Registry Office of the County of Elgin and between Lot 112 in the Concession Sout,h of the 'ralbot; Road East and Lot 112 in the Concession North of the Talbot Road East '1:,0 the wö'Stern limit of Richmond Street. A DISTANCE of approxim?-te1y .2 miles. 2. <11,1." The road as designated and described in paragraph 1, is hereby added to, and included in the County Road System of the C01Ulty of Elgin. .. ~ ,3.
