" \~fEREAS IN By_Law No. 1934, J. A. Petrie was appointed the alternate member for the Village .of Vienna on the County .of Elgin Planning Board. AND WHEREAS Mr. Petrie is an employee .of 'the Village of ViennaJ, and'¡ therefore ineligible for appointment to the Planning B.oard. NQW THEREFORE the Council of the Corp.oration of the County of Elgin enacts as follows: 1. THAT' By-Law N.o. 1934 of the C.ounty .of Elgin be amended by deleting therefrom the name of J. A. Petrie, and substituting therefore the name of York1ey Long. 2. THAT this By-Law shall come into force and effect when the appointment of Mr. Long is approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs READ a first time this 16th day of November, 1966.
