Bein -Law 'fo Adjust the Sa1ar' of the Æ!ssessment
Commissioner o~ the County f E1f.!:in."
WHEREAS the salary of the Assessment Commissioner
of the County of Elgin was established by By-Law No. 1929.
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed advisable to adjust
the said salary.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. THA~' the salary of Mr. Hector McLean,
Assessment Commissioner of the County of Elgin be
$10,000.00 per annum, payable semi-monthly.
2. THA'f By-Law No. 1929 be, and the same is
hereby repealed.
3. THAT this By-Law shall take effect on
Januól!ry 1st, 1967.
READ a first time this 16th day of November, 1966.
READ a second time this 16th day of November, 1966.
READ a third time, and finally passed this 16 tt¡¡ay of
November, 1966.
