WHEREAS the present salary of the Governor
of the Elgin County Jail is established by By-Law No.
1908.
tlND: WHEREAS it is now deemed advisable to
adjust the salary of the Governor of the Elgin County
Jail.
N~~ THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. TliPiT the salary of R. S. Brown, Governor,
of the Elgin County Jail be $6,500.00 per annum.
2. THAT By-Law No. 1908 of the County of Elgin
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
3. THAT this By-Law shall take effect on
December 31st, 1966, at 12 otc10ck midnight.
READ a first time this 16th day of November, 1966.
