"Bein -Law To Authorize the Warden and Clerk of the County of Elgin
To Sign the Documents Required for the Purchase of Approximately Four
Acres of Land."
WHEREAS it is necessary to install a lagoon system for
the treatment of sewage at the Elgin County Home for the Aged.
AND WHEREAS it is necessary to purchase approximately
four acres of land for the construction of the said lagoon.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. Tt~T the Warden and Clerk of the County of Elgin be,
and are hereby authorized to sign the documents required in order
to complete the purchase of approximately four acres of land from
Mr. Kenneth Butler and Mrs. Roberta Butler, at a cost of Seven
Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00.)
READ a first time this 21st day of June, 1967.
READ a second time this 21st day of ,June, 1967.
READ a third time, and finally passed this 21st day
of June, 1967
